"I found this process to be more difficult this time. At first, I was unable to upload pictures. Then I was unable to add comments. So, I took other pictures and uploaded so the artist could see a variety of angles of the house. The first proof had a tree taking over the picture. I was frustrated by the proof and the process and health protocols. I tried to call but your hours did not fit my hours. I received a call and stated my concern and requested that the pictures would be taken down and I would upload new pictures. I was able to write a comment, upload pictures and send. I have never received an email to say the proof is ready. I went online twice and figured they must be finished. It is ok but the artist rearranged the bushes. I have gone through this process 3 previous times and have found it to be great. Im not as satisfied as I have been previously. Thank you."
